Phase-5: Implement

Synergy Model

In the last phase 'Implement' of Designing Thinking, the final solution is launched in the market with appropriate pre-launch and post-launch effort to ensure that the solution is successfully adopted by the users. Also, the mechanisms are created to sustain the product in the long term.

Implement phase uses following processes and tools, in order to ensure that the solution is successfully adopted and is sustained in the market in long-term.

1. Product Launch Plan: The product launch plan is prepared and required activities are started.

2. Pre-launch Communication:  The value of solution is detailed in terms of features and benefits to the users/customers. This creates the basis for all the further communication. Different pre-launch communications are released as per the plan.

3. Product Launch:  Solution is launched with all the necessary communications around it.

4. Influencing the Decision: We make series of communication to influence the decision of the user/customer to  purchase and use the solution.

5. Crossing the Chasm:  Not all the users start using the solution right away. Our strategy for driving the usage of the solution is prepared based on the user's category.

6. User Feedback: A mechanism is established to gather and act on the continuous feedback from the user on ongoing basis, which makes the basis for  Solution Enhancement.

7. Solution Enhancement: A solution must continuously enhance, to ensure that it is sustained in the market for the long-term.

8. Building Ecosystem: We also need to create a business ecosystem around the product, to ensure that it is sustained in the market for the long-term.
