1. I Like: The features and functionalities liked by the user, How have they made life of the Users easier? Success stories.
2. Questions: The users/customer can have multiple queries, which must be addressed on priority
3. I Wish: The customer/user needs always evolve. Therefore, they continue to wish for more features on the product. It is important to capture these inputs, so as to ensure that we keep the competitive advantage in the market.
4. Ideas: Any new product generates ideas for many new products or application areas, which must be captured and acted on.
A Product or solution never dies, unless it is failed. Therefore, a successful solution continuously need to evolve with new features, feature enhancement, technology upgradation or aesthetic changes, either based on the User feedback or company's plan.
Ecosystems create strong barriers to entry for new competition, as potential entrants not only have to duplicate or better the core product, but they must also compete against the entire system of independent complementing businesses and suppliers that form the network. Companies that utilize business ecosystems is better positioned to drive innovation and capital efficiency to create customer value.
