user feedback

User feedback

The feedback are continuously gathered from the Users after Product release to the Market (even before Product Launch). This process never ends, as these feedback helps to enhance the solution, in order to ensure it continues to meet changing needs of the user.

The product must have a mechanism to gather continuous feedback from the users. The User feedback must be focusing on the various aspects of the product/solution:

1. I Like: The features and functionalities liked by the user, How have they made life of the Users easier? Success stories.

2. Questions: The users/customer can have multiple queries, which must be addressed on priority

3. I Wish: The customer/user needs always evolve. Therefore, they continue to wish for more features on the product. It is important to capture these inputs, so as to ensure that we keep the competitive advantage in the market.

4. Ideas: Any new product generates ideas for many new products or application areas, which must be captured and acted on.

Solution enhancement

Product evolution

Any Product/Solution continuously need to be enhanced based on the User feedback or the company's strategy and plan.

A Product or solution never dies, unless it is failed. Therefore, a successful solution continuously need to evolve with new features, feature enhancement, technology upgradation or aesthetic changes, either based on the User feedback or company's plan.

Business Ecosystem

Amazon Ecosystem

A business ecosystem is the network of independent organizations —including suppliers, distributors, customers, competitors, government agencies, and so on—involved in the delivery of a specific product or service through both competition and cooperation.

Ecosystems create strong barriers to entry for new competition, as potential entrants not only have to duplicate or better the core product, but they must also compete against the entire system of independent complementing businesses and suppliers that form the network. Companies that utilize business ecosystems is better positioned to drive innovation and capital efficiency to create customer value.

This phase never ends, as the Product continues to evolve over the time to meet dynamic needs of the users.
